1. Membership Eligibility and Fee: To be a members of Feminine Lovers, one have to pay the registration fees once a year. RM50/year

2.Membership Cancellation: Feminine Lovers reserves the right to cancel any membership of any member for reasons that include

•  violation of these Terms and Conditions 
•  misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this membership
•  physical, verbal, or written abuse about our products 
•  fail to make payment for annual fee.

3. Changes in Terms and Conditions: Feminine Lovers reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Terms and Conditions (including the membership payment), regulations, benefits, conditions of participation and rewards .

4. Notice of Changes. Any such changes will be shown in these Terms and Conditions on the web site and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise.

5.No Guarantees on Gifts:make no guarantees, warranties and shall not be liable for any loss, expense of any defect or failure of such items.

Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation of order can still be made within 24 hours upon order via email at femininelovers@holtmail.my. Please state your order number when contacting us.

Refund Policy

For refund, its easy. All unworn purchases may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.
However, we offer FREE RETURN & FREE DELIVERY on all exchanged items.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in any manner.
